If a pop-up window has not been displayed to allow you to enter your details you may have a pop-up blocker installed.

Please disable your pop-up blocker by clicking on “Tools” (at the top of your broswer page) then click on “Pop-up Blocker” and then select “Turn Off Pop-up Blocker”.

You may want to turn the Pop-up Blocker back on after registering with NHW WA Online and to do so, simply repeat the above process and select “Turn On Pop-up Blocker”.
