Terms and conditions of receiving a Neighbourhood Watch Community Grant are subject to you complying with the evaluation criteria, after providing a Grant Evaluation submission.
Your Grant Evalution submission must include:
- a financial statement of expenditure;
- copies of receipts for all expenditure;
- the return of any unspent funds;
- a completed and signed Grant Evaluation Form; and
- documentation demonstrating the success/outcome of your project/event/activity, including promotional opportunities for Neighbourhood Watch, photographs, media releases, etc.
Your Grant Evaluation submission must be provided to WA Police through the State Neighbourhood Watch Coordinator, within 30 days of your project/event/activity being completed.
Failure to submit a Grant Evaluation submission may result in you or your organisation being ineligible to apply for any future Neighbourhood Watch Grants.
You are encouraged to photograph your event and obtain the support of local media. A digital camera may be available to applicants for taking photographs during their project/event/activity, as a visual record and to include in your Grant Evaluation submission.
