To celebrate more than 25 years of Neighbourhood Watch in Western Australia, in conjunction with International Volunteer Week, Neighbourhood Watch and the RAC will host a volunteer recognition function to acknowledge people who have made a significant contribution to the Neighbourhood Watch program.
Volunteers will be presented with a certificate of recognition in honour of their dedication to the program.

If you are a Neighbourhood Watch volunteer and would like to attend, please complete the nomination form and return it to Neighbourhood Watch by Monday 17 November 2008. Please see the nomination form (link) for return details.

If you are unable to attend but would like to receive a certificate of recognition, please complete and return the nomination form, notifying Neighbourhood Watch of your apology.

Arrangements will be made to deliver a certificate of recognition at a later date.
